By accessing or using the AI Product Sprint platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Sprint provides a digital course platform consisting of video lessons, exercises, templates, and tools designed to help users create and launch digital products. Access is granted upon purchase and is subject to these terms.

3. Account & Access

You must provide a valid email address to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One purchase grants access to one individual — sharing login credentials is prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy and/or Stripe. All prices are in USD. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email hello@aisprintapp.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, templates, videos, and materials are the intellectual property of AI Sprint. You may use the templates and frameworks for your own commercial products, but you may not resell, redistribute, or share the course materials themselves.

6. Referral Program

Participants earn a 30% commission on referred purchases. Commissions are subject to a 7-day hold period (matching the refund window). Self-referrals are prohibited. AI Sprint reserves the right to modify commission rates or terminate the referral program with 30 days notice.

7. Disclaimer

AI Sprint provides educational content. Results vary based on individual effort, skill, market conditions, and other factors. We do not guarantee any specific income or results. Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not typical results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Sprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
